How Yoga Changed My Life
I am first and foremost a student, of yoga, and of life. And I am wildly passionate about educating to empower. Understanding the combination of yoga philosophy and modern science has given me a unique understanding to navigate the challenges of life with grace and ease.
In my teachings, I bridge a deep understanding of body mechanics with yoga philosophy and breathwork to help students access a state of calm and balance. My teachings are playful, therapeutic, and grounding. I teach from my heart to guide students towards more space in the body, deeper connections, greater self-awareness, empowerment, health, and well-being.
